Review: Peruzzi’s Rum and Boogie is definitely doing well

So, in the past week, we saw DMW‘s Peruzzi serve us his long overdue sophomore album titled, Rum and Boogie.

Peruzzi had announced the album as far back as 2020, so it was to much anticipation that Rum and Boogie dropped. This anticipation partly due to the singer’s supposed influence on Davido’s hits, but mostly because the vibes machine really does bring the heat.

Given how well Gunshot & Lagbaja fared with the fans, the expectation for this body of work is unsurprisingly near fever pitch.

The 20 track album divided into two separate discs, Rum and Boogie, with each disc spotting 10 songs, spots premium features of the likes of Don Jazzy, Phyno, OBO to mention but a few.
